Scandinavian Council for Relations is an independent institution with no political or economic affiliations. It operates in the Nordic countries and provides its services through cooperation and dialogue with public authorities, civil society institutions, Islamic charities and centers. Scandinavian Council for Relations also communicates with public and private institutions in countries outside Scandinavia.  The Council operates in accordance with Swedish law and achieves its objectives through the support it receives from Scandinavian governments. The economic resources of Scandinavian Council for Relations consist of donations, gifts and aid provided by states, public and private institutions and individuals living in and outside the Nordic countries.
